International Deaf Cultural Artists 2025

We are proud to announce the 15th Miss & Ms & Mister Deaf International Pageant and the 5th International Deaf Cultural Arts, Inc. event, taking place in Cebu, Philippines. Both organizations are dedicated to empowering, enhancing, and encouraging individuals to become exemplary role models in today's dynamic world.

The IDCA & MMDI management will provide accommodations at the Arterra Hotel and Resort and two meals per day for each participant.

We invite talented cultural artists to showcase their work in the following categories:

Visual Arts:

Three-Dimensional Arts:

  • Pottery

  • Wood carving

Digital Arts:

  • Videography (short motion film)

Literary Arts:

  • Poetry painting

Cultural Arts Performer(s):

  • Dance

  • Poetry
  • Singing in sign

Important Notice: Due to unforeseen circumstances in Italy, the branding for this year will be IDCA & MMDI 2025. We anticipate hosting IDCA & MMDI 2026 in the year 2026, pending further details.

The delegate must submit fifty (50) words or less autobiography about your dream, interest, or goal.

Please upload the following:

  • Two (2) photos of yourself. (One face portrait and one full length of your body.)
  • If you are in a group, please send one (1) group photo.
  • A copy of your passport.
  • Proof: Video of your artistic performance and your art work. (Below 250 MB filesize)
  • Proof of your audio-gram (55 dB and up)
  • Your Medical Certificate by your Doctor (MANDATORY).

The registration fee will be increased by EUR 50 starting from November 1st, 2025.

The deadline to submit the application is December 15th, 2025.

Entrant certifies that the above information is correct and meets the eligibility requirements of IDCA/MMDI events.

By signing this application, the entrant agrees to give IDCA/MMDI full rights to use all images related to IDCA/MMDI.

Entrant also agrees to accept the final decision of the IDCA/MMDI Judges without hesitation. 

The letter of invitation and Visa request and 2025 IDCA/MMDI handbook shall be provided after you pay the registration fee.

Refund policy: Fees are non-refundable.
